Our Process..


Our MOT testing process is designed to be straightforward, efficient and hassle-free, ensuring your vehicle meets the required UK road safety and environmental standards.


1. Book Your MOT


Arrange your MOT test at a convenient time. Our team will help you find a suitable appointment and explain anything you need to know before bringing your vehicle in.


2. Vehicle Check-In


On arrival, we'll check your vehicle details, confirm your booking and prepare your vehicle for its MOT test.


3. MOT Inspection


Our qualified MOT tester will carry out a thorough inspection in accordance with DVSA requirements. This includes checking key components such as:

  • Brakes and steering

  • Tyres and wheels

  • Lights and indicators

  • Suspension

  • Seat belts and safety systems

  • Windscreen, wipers and mirrors

  • Exhaust emissions

  • Vehicle structure and general safety


4. MOT Results


Once the inspection is complete, we'll explain the results and provide you with your MOT certificate if your vehicle passes. If any issues are identified, we'll clearly explain what needs attention and discuss the next steps with you.


5. Repairs and Retesting (If Required)


If your vehicle fails its MOT, we'll explain the reasons for failure and, where available, discuss repair options. Once the necessary repairs have been completed, your vehicle may require a retest in line with DVSA guidelines.

6. Back on the Road

Once your vehicle has passed its MOT, you can drive away knowing that it has met the required MOT standards at the time of testing. We'll also let you know when your next MOT is due.
